Seattle

The girls and I spent the last two weeks in Seattle staying with my parents. While we were there we had visits from Aunt Nicole, Uncle Matt, Chloe, Uncle Adam, Ellie, Nick, and Lucas.  Dave came up to join us for the last four days. The first few days were a bit rocky but after we all recovered we had a GREAT time. Here's to hoping my parents will forget about the rocky times and let us stay for a while again next year! We walked around the lake most every morning then stopped to feed the ducks at the dock.  It was so nice to have such  lazy mornings. The walk usually took an hour and a half to two hours. Kate took her morning nap in the stroller.

Kate got in a lot of walking practice and really started taking off the day Dave arrived.

Our great friends Ellie and Nick drove up from Corvallis OR to meet up with us. This is Leah with their son Lucas . It was so very good to see them but much too short. We really only had one day together. Next time it will be more!!!!

Hiking with Uncle Adam. Leah did so well on this hike I could not believe it! She just kept going! It was so beautiful and in the end Leah wore herself our and we all got very wet from rain. What a great day.

Snoqualmie Falls is not far from my parents house. We try to visit each time we go.
