Peek

Here is a peek of how things are looking here. I got my butt up long enough to pick up(sort of).

.
Dave got the kids a mini trampoline and this huge crash pad for Christmas. They have been jumping all week!

We still don't have the kick plates on for the cabinets. Pip loves to try and crawl under them to get closer to the heat source!

Kate's room is so close to being  finished. Just the crown needs paint and blue needs touch up.

Leah's is under serious construction

And the final finish work is starting in ours.

All Moved In!

Ok, not really. But we are sleeping at the new house! We still have a whole ton of work to do here, and much more crap to move, but it feels good to be "in" the new house! I would take some photos for you to see of it today but I am sick and the house is in disaster mode. Here are a few from a couple weeks ago when trim work started.

And then there were 4

It's a long story but the short version is that we now have 4 Great Pyrenees. Yup, we are THAT crazy. Neve(3 years?) Lua(9 months) Kiasha(4 months) and Samba( 10 weeks). I don't think they will all be staying long term but for now they are all doing a great job learning their serious work as livestock guardians. My guess is we will train them well and see which two (maybe three ) fit our farm best and find wonderful farms for the other(s) to work on. But for now we are having some serious fun with our very large pack.

Lily ans Samba on her first night with us.

Leah turned 6.

Leah had  wonderful birthday party at the new house this year with all the things she wanted. A new doll, horses, and clothes for the doll. Thanks to our loyal and dedicated family and friends for braving the construction zone for a party! Fun stuff.
